Qwest Arena Enters New
Era In Ticketing
June 15, 2006
The Qwest Arena in Boise, ID, will begin selling tickets through a new,
more efficient ticketing system as the facility is partnering with New
Era Tickets, a subsidiary of Comcast-Spectacor, to sell tickets for all
events in the 6,000-seat multi-purpose sports and entertainment facility.
The new system was implemented on June 1.
“As operators of Qwest Arena we found it necessary to partner with
a new, up-and-coming ticketing company which will cater to our customers’
needs and get tickets into their hands in a more efficient manner,”
said Glenn Stanford, president of Qwest Arena.
New Era Tickets will offer customers in the Boise area a more personalized
service and features not currently available to the online ticket buyer,
including print at home tickets, ticket forwarding and additional conveniences.
