Arts Association Partners with Paciolan to Offer New In-House Ticketing
Services Paciolan and the Cincinnati Arts Association (CAA) announced their partnership today, which will bring CAA’s ticketing service operations in-house. This new relationship will enhance the level of service that CAA will be able to offer its customers, resident companies, and rental clients. With this new ticketing system, CAA and its clients will be able to offer patrons a variety of in-house online features – including best-available single tickets, subscriptions, donations and renewals – at CAA’s website. Paciolan provides tailored ticketing, fundraising, and marketing solutions that enable large entertainment venues to sell and manage their own tickets — eliminating the need for third-party distributors. By adopting “in-house” solutions, venues maintain exclusive control of their customer relationships, brand and revenue. “We are excited about our new relationship with Paciolan to bring our ticketing services in house,” states Steve Loftin, President and Executive Director, Cincinnati Arts Association. “This partnership will greatly enhance our marketing and fundraising capabilities, while enabling us to offer quality service to our ticket-buyers, members, resident companies, and clients through a customer-oriented system.” CAA’s new ticketing infrastructure features powerful patron management tools, including an integrated ticketing and fund development database; enhanced e-mail marketing tools; and powerful reporting. The in-house ticketing infrastructure will also give CAA easy access to purchase, donation and attendance data, which will enable CAA to create more relevant programs for ticket-buyers, subscribers, members, and donors. In addition, CAA will offer patrons advanced digital ticketing services, featuring Paciolan’s Access Management technology, at the Aronoff Center and Music Hall. This technology allows CAA patrons to instantly receive print-at-home tickets through the CAA website. Integrated with their core ticketing system, Access Management provides CAA with automated ticket scanning, validation and on-demand attendance reporting. The Cincinnati Arts Association will continue to offer customers convenient and flexible sales channels. To purchase tickets, patrons may charge by phone at (513) 621-ARTS [2787], visit CAA’s Ticket Offices at the Aronoff Center and Music Hall, or go online. “By bringing phone sales in-house, we will be able to offer an exceptionally high level of customer service,” comments John Harig, Director of Ticketing Services, Cincinnati Arts Association. “The CAA Ticketing Services staff is well versed on all of our events and has first hand, detailed knowledge of our venues – the Aronoff Center, Music Hall, and Memorial Hall.” The CAA Ticket Office will begin sales with the Paciolan system on April 1, 2004 About the Cincinnati Arts Association Each year, CAA presents a diverse schedule of events; reaches over 100,000 young people through its educational programming; serves over one million people in its venues; features the work of talented local, regional, and national artists in the Weston Art Gallery, located in the Aronoff Center; and supports the work of over one dozen resident companies.
