Paciolan Ticketing Software to Sell Tickets for 5 of the 6 New North American Arenas*

Irvine, CA (January 4, 2006) - Paciolan announced today that it has installed its ticketing system in 5 of the 6 new arenas that opened in North America in 2005; the Charlotte Bobcats Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina, the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre in Victoria, Canada, the Youngstown Convocation Center in Youngstown Ohio, the Stockton Events Center in Stockton, California, and the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, IA.

One of the highest profile new arenas that opened last year was the Charlotte Bobcats Arena, home to the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats. The Bobcats maintain complete ownership of their fan data through a centralized database including ticket purchase history as well as attendance data to gain a 360-degree view of their fans. Armed with the ability to completely control this data, the Bobcats will build life-long fan relationships by tailoring marketing programs consistently across multiple touch-points to the individual needs of their fans.

Another recent addition to the Paciolan family is RG Properties' Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre in Victoria. "This is our second arena running on the Paciolan system," states Marlon Weidlich, Director of Ticketing at RG Properties. "Given that we now have over 200 live events each year we needed a ticketing system that would support the heavy demands of our business. Paciolan not only helps us run the business effectively, but we now also build and control the all-important relationships we have with our fan and patron base."

Looking forward to this year, the trend continues. Both the Sears Centre outside of Chicago, IL, and the U.S. Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington, IL are set to open in 2006 and have already chosen to work with Paciolan. Steve Hyman, President of CCO, operator of the Sears Centre, states, "Paciolan clearly defined how they would help us maintain full control of ticketing and allow us to put the Sears brand first. In addition, Paciolan's industry leading marketing suite will assist us in driving revenue growth in a highly competitive local market."

"At an astounding rate, the North American arenas that opened in 2005 have chosen Paciolan to provide the infrastructure to sell their tickets," states Dave Butler, CEO of Paciolan. "New venues making merit-based decisions on their new ticketing platform are overwhelmingly selecting Paciolan. We are excited to partner with these thought leaders in helping them achieve their goals and find new ways to generate revenue."
