The University of South Carolina (USC) Partners with Paciolan to Sell Tickets Online

Irvine, CA (January 10, 2006) - The University of South Carolina (U.S.C.) and Paciolan today announce their partnership to manage the athletic department's ticketing operations. This partnership will empower U.S.C. fans to purchase singles tickets, season tickets, season renewals, and group packages online, through the Gamecocks branded website. The new ticketing solution will launch in March 2006.

"We wanted to have the best possible solution in place to fully control our ticketing operations," states Kent Hegenauer, ticket manager at U.S.C. "Our new system will allow us to fully control our online presence, control our fee structure and provide us with the flexibility we need to meet our goals" adds Hegenauer.

USC will completely control the look and feel of their ticketing website and athletics brand while providing fans with a seamless ticket purchasing experience. Additionally, USC will implement a Gamecock branded email-marketing club that will extend their brand and promote their online box office to fans and donors.

By utilizing Paciolan's state-of-the-art hosting technology, USC reduces their financial burden on both hardware and software maintenance by eliminating the need for costly upgrades. Additionally, USC will now enjoy a smooth budget cycle for all ticket related expenses. Lastly, USC plans to rollout Access Management at its spring football game in April 2006.
