Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions
Invoices
Invoices must be paid in full by February 8, 2008.
Payment
Payment in the form of a company check or credit card is required by February
8, 2008. If paying by check please include your name, invoice number and
the conference name on the check. Checks are to be made payable
to Ticketmaster, Irvine and sent with invoice to:

If registering after February 8, 2008
Your registration will be processed onsite at the event where a company
check will be required for full payment.
Refunds, Substitutions and Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, you must advise us in writing by February
1, 2008 with the following caveats:
- Written Notice of Substitutions
We are happy to welcome one substitution delegate, up to the start of this event, at no extra charge. Sharing of Attendee passes is not permitted. One pass per person only. - Written Notice of Cancellation
Received December 21, 2007 to January 18, 2008 = 50% cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER JANUARY 19, 2008. In the case of refunds, a check or credit card refund will be issued for your payment less cancellation fee. If one or more team members cancel and do not provide substitutions, the complimentary registration is invalid.
Use of Logo/Name
The use of the Ticketmaster, Irvine logo/name before during or after the
event is strictly forbidden without the written consent of Ticketmaster, Irvine.
Right of Refusal
This event is sponsored by Ticketmaster, Irvine, which reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity
or individual. Ticketmaster, Irvine's receipt of an application and payment does not
constitute acceptance; applications and payment that are not accepted
will be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Privacy
Ticketmaster, Irvine uses the information obtained from you in this document for the
purpose of enabling your attendance at PACnet. Ticketmaster, Irvine may disclose
your information to third party service providers, for example mailing
houses, conference organizers and conference sponsors for this purpose.
Ticketmaster, Irvine may also disclose your information to other conference attendees.
Ticketmaster, Irvine will not disclose your personal information to any other third
party without your consent except when we are required to do so by law.
This information will be used to more appropriately identify your needs
and tailor our contact with you to provide a better client/customer experience.
