Contest Rules
Offer good only during PACnet 08 conference at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott. Three nights include February 10, 11 and 12, 2008 (check-in Sunday, February 10). Single or double occupancy. Taxes for room only included for three nights. Any other charges including additional night stays, parking, or incidentals (along with their respective taxes) to be paid at the guests’ expense. Credit/refund to winner not to exceed $594.48 USD.

Eligibility
To be eligible to win, you must register for PACnet 08 between November 8, 2007 - December 21, 2007 and book your hotel room during the same period.

Any Ticketmaster, Irvine client who was registered for PACnet prior to this notification is eligible for the drawing.

Offer good only to clients of Ticketmaster, Irvine.

Notification
Winner to-be-announced by December 27, 2007. Winner will be notified by email or phone. Winner authorizes Ticketmaster, Irvine to announce their name in future promotional blasts and to be posted on this website.

Payment
The winner will receive a refund of $594.48 on their credit card used to pay for the room. Refund will be processed within 30 days from the date the winner is notified. Please note that the actual credit appearing on your statement may take longer, depending on your credit card company.

If the winner has not booked a room at the time of their winning announcement, Ticketmaster, Irvine will book the room on their behalf (in which case no refund will be processed).

How will the winner be selected?
Winner will be chosen at random.
