Cancellation Policy:
Ticketmaster, Irvine reserves the right to cancel any class six weeks prior
to the beginning of the class if the enrollment is fewer than five
students. A $200 non-refundable charge will be assessed for customer

The Fundamentals of eQuery class is designed to help you effectively create reports using Ticketmaster, Irvine’s new web based report writing tool. The topics covered in this class are based on Ticketmaster, Irvine’s file structure and the relationship of an integrated system. You will learn how to identify the files needed for reporting; explore dictionaries, tools of report writing using the select, sort and display functions, tagging records, and various output options. In addition, users will be exposed to the functionality of eQuery through a hands-on overview. Moreover, users will learn about data views and data files in order to understand the relation of file structure to the back office. This will allow users to build reports that can be scheduled, emailed, exported, real time links via Excel. and tips and techniques of user management. This is great starter or refresher class for all those responsible for writing and creating reports. |
