Offer good only during PACnet ‘10 conference at the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel and Spa. Three nights include February 21, 22, and 23, 2010 (check-in Sunday, February 21).
Single or double occupancy. Taxes for room only included for three nights. Any other charges including additional night stays, parking, or incidentals (along with their respective taxes) to be paid at the guests’ expense. Credit to winner not to exceed the group rate of $184/night plus tax.
Eligibility
To be eligible to win, you must register for PACnet ‘10 by before January 22nd - book your hotel room during the same period. Any client who was registered for PACnet ‘10 prior to this notification is eligible for the drawing.
Notification
Winner to-be-announced on January 22nd. Winner will be notified by email or phone. Winner authorizes PACnet to announce their name in future promotional blasts and to be posted on this website.
Payment
Paciolan will comp the room for the winner. If the winner has not booked a room at the time of their winning announcement, we will book the room on their behalf. Credit to winner not to exceed the group rate of $184/night plus tax.

Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions
Invoices
Invoices must be paid in full by February 21, 2010.
Payment
Payment in the form of a company check or credit card is required by February 21, 2010. If paying by check please include your name, invoice number and the conference name on the check.
Checks are to be made payable to Paciolan and sent with invoice to:

If registering after February 21, 2010
Your registration will be processed onsite at the event where a company check will be required for full payment.
Refunds, Substitutions and Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, you must advise us in writing by January 22, 2010 with the following caveats:
- Written Notice of Substitutions
We are happy to welcome one substitution delegate, up to the start of this event, at no extra charge. Sharing of Attendee passes is not permitted. One pass per person only.
- Written Notice of Cancellation
Received December 18, 2009 to January 22, 2010 = 50% cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER JANUARY 22, 2010. In the case of refunds, a check or credit card refund will be issued for your payment less cancellation fee. If one or more team members cancel and do not provide substitutions, the complimentary registration is invalid.
Use of Logo/Name
The use of the Paciolan logo/name before during or after the event is strictly forbidden without the written consent of Paciolan.
Right of Refusal
This event is sponsored by Paciolan which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. Paciolan's receipt of an application and payment does not constitute acceptance; applications and payment that are not accepted will be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Privacy
Paciolan uses the information obtained from you in this document for the purpose of enabling your attendance at PACnet ‘10. Paciolan may disclose your information to third party service providers, for example mailing houses, conference organizers and conference sponsors for this purpose. Paciolan may also disclose your information to other conference attendees. Paciolan will not disclose your personal information to any other third party without your consent except when we are required to do so by law. This information will be used to more appropriately identify your needs and tailor our contact with you to provide a better client/customer experience.
