Paciolan and Solonis Join Forces to Deliver Premier "Customer Experience Management" Solutions Sports, Entertainment and Live Event Venues to Benefit From the Alliance

Paciolan and Solonis today announced an alliance to provide sports, entertainment and live event venues with the value-driven customer relationship management (CRM) solutions they need to build their brands and maximize their customers’ experiences.

Under the terms of the agreement, Solonis and Paciolan will deliver a seamless solution set encompassing Paciolan’s ticketing solutions and Solonis’ customer relationship solutions from such industry leaders as Onyx Software and MindArrow.
