Bay Performing Arts Center Selects Paciolan’s Online Ticketing Solution Paciolan today announced that the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, the largest performing arts center in the Southeast, has purchased Paciolan’s ticketing software, including the e.Venue™ online ticketing solution. The center had been using another third-party ticketing software, but opted for the seamless integration and online ticketing capabilities of Paciolan’s solution, which includes comprehensive ticketing, fund development and e-commerce functionality. “Ticket buyers are future donors, so tracking their activities is crucial to our success,” explained George Thompson, vice president and general manager of the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. “With Paciolan, we will be able to capture and share data across all of our departments, which will help us develop targeted marketing and fundraising programs. In addition, e.Venue will enable our customers to buy tickets via our Web site at their convenience.” The Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center houses four performance halls and sells over 600,000 tickets annually. “I’m pleased to add such a well-regarded venue to our growing list of performing arts customers,” said Jane Kleinberger, Paciolan’s chief executive officer. “More and more performing arts organizations are benefiting from Paciolan's comprehensive ticketing, fund development and e-commerce solutions. Paciolan’s solutions are engineered to help venues sell more tickets, optimize their fundraising and marketing programs and build greater brand recognition.”
