Paciolan Announces Ticketing Partnership with the Alley Theatre
Irvine, Calif. (8/28/2002)

Paciolan, one of the leading ticketing, fundraising and marketing technology solutions provider for live entertainment venues, signed a multi-year agreement to enable the Alley Theatre to sell their own tickets via their box office and branded Web site. Originating in 1947, the Alley Theatre is located in downtown Houston and houses two stages – a thrust stage configuration seating 824, and the Neuhaus Arena Stage seating 296.

Paciolan’s technology offers a seamless integration between their ticketing system, t.Res, and the e.Venue® online box office solution. This technology enables the Alley Theatre’s box office to automate the selling of tickets offering their patrons the convenience of access to the best ticket inventory at anytime.

The hosted e.Venue solution provides Paciolan’s clients with a branded e-commerce site offering single ticket sales, subscription/series ticket sales and renewals, designer series, and best-available seat selection utilizing view-from-the-seat technology. With a centralized database, the Alley Theatre will be able to capture individual patron information such as demographics and ticket purchase history, thus maintaining ownership of the patron’s data for marketing promotions, special event notifications, and customer service activities.

In addition, the Alley Theatre will utilize Paciolan’s e.Venue PACMail – an online direct marketing vehicle that enables an organization to send personalized and custom-made messages to targeted groups quickly and easily.
