Buffalo Bills Expand Paciolan Ticketing Relationship Enabling Fans to Purchase Tickets Directly From www.buffalobills.com
Irvine, Calif. (5/31/2002)

The Buffalo Bills have signed a multi-year contract with Paciolan to introduce Internet ticket sales to their fans and expand the automation technology of their box office operations. The Bills’ new Internet ticketing solution, e.Venue, integrates with their Paciolan back office system giving fans access to real-time ticket inventory via the Internet. Beginning July 13, 2002 fans can logon to www.buffalobills.com and purchase the same best-available seats sold through the Bill’s other distribution channels. Paciolan launched their relationship with the Bills by automating their ticketing operations in 1999.

Paciolan’s e.Venue Internet solution enables the Bills to utilize their branded web site for e-commerce ticket sales including individual game tickets, new season ticket orders, and season ticket renewals. e.Venue functionality includes view-from-the-seat, best available seat selection, custom package sales, and email notification. Bills’ fans will now be able to fulfill their favorite football passion in a more efficient and convenient method through a superior “one-stop” online shopping experience. Tickets will continue to be available through traditional sales channels including the stadium box office, phone orders, mail order, or at ticket outlets located at Tops Friendly Markets.

“We are very excited about furthering our partnership with the Buffalo Bills”, said Jane Kleinberger, Paciolan’s chairman of the board. “Their management embraces a forward-thinking approach to Internet marketing, and are building upon their strong operational platform already in place”.
