Announces Executive Management Team Expansion Paciolan, the leading ticketing technology infrastructure provider to live entertainment venues, is continuing to expand the executive management team in an effort to provide the leadership required to ensure the success of Paciolan’s strategic direction and future growth. In addition to the recent announcements regarding the appointments of Jane Kleinberger as chairman and John Hnanicek as CEO, senior level positions in finance, professional services/customer support, product management and product development have been filled. Hnanicek has appointed Kelly Donagan as senior vice president of professional services, Brooks Corbin as senior vice president/CFO, Patrick Wilson as director of product development, and Brian Stern as director of product management. All positions report directly to Hnanicek. In an effort to consolidate similar resources and functions of the customer support and professional services departments, Kelly Donagan has been appointed as senior vice president of professional services. Donagan’s responsibilities include the implementation phases of Paciolan’s software solutions, project management, applications training, customer education and business consulting. In addition, she oversees the customer support department including the call center and technical support teams. Donagan’s background includes over 17 years experience in the technology industry, and a successful track record in developing e-commerce and enterprise systems. The recently expanded finance department is being managed by Brooks Corbin, who brings more than 15 years experience in financial and strategic planning, including operations management, to the position. Corbin is responsible for the company’s finance, investor relations and business development efforts. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and previously served as CFO at Prosofttraining.com Inc., Micro General Corp., and SiteLite. As director of product development, Patrick Wilson leads the team responsible for all Paciolan software engineering including product design, architecture and development. Wilson has over 16 years of experience in large-scale product development and systems integration most recently with Deloitte Consulting’s eBusiness practice focusing in the areas of content management, e-commerce and web development. Prior to Deloitte, he was with Nissan Motor Corporation responsible for product management and development of Nissan’s dealership systems. Brian Stern recently joined Paciolan as the director of product management and is responsible for developing and marketing the products and services that enable Paciolan clients to better manage their business and serve their customers. Prior to joining Paciolan, Stern led the product marketing group at Intuit where he was responsible for launching and managing new QuickBooks-branded products & services. He also held sales and marketing positions at Procter & Gamble and at the E&J Gallo Winery where he helped launch Gallo’s entry into Japan. “We welcome Kelly, Brooks, Patrick and Brian to Paciolan’s senior management team and are excited about the value these leadership roles will contribute to the company’s future,” said Hnanicek. “The additional wealth of knowledge and expertise within the company will further promote Paciolan’s commitment to better serve their clients by continuing to improve our ticketing, fundraising and Internet solutions, while at the same time raising the quality of support as technology increases in complexity.”
