| IFG AND THE CITY OF STOCKTON PARTNER WITH PACIOLAN TO MANAGE TICKETING IN-HOUSE IFG and the City of Stockton are partnering with Paciolan to manage ticketing in-house for the 2,000-seat Bob Hope Theatre and the 10,000-seat Stockton Event Center, opening in October 2005. Paciolan’s in-house solution enables IFG and the City of Stockton to maximize revenues, control their brand and exclusively manage their customer relationships. The Bob Hope Theatre recently launched the inaugural season of ‘Broadway in Stockton’ using the Paciolan ticketing system, and has already experienced exciting success selling tickets online. “Since the website launched, more than 40% of all Broadway tickets have been sold online at www.bobhopetheatre.com,” states Jonathan Zirin, Vice President, International Facilities Group, L.L.C. Paciolan’s ticketing system enables the box office to manage the customer experience from purchase through redemption, offering superior control of their brand, and adding significant value to sponsor relationships. “There is no reason that we shouldn’t have ultimate control over what our guests see at our properties. From facility signage, our website, to ticket stock and print-at-home tickets, we control all aspects of our brands and the brands of our sponsors. Now that’s added value,” adds Zirin. The Bob Hope Theatre and the Stockton Event Center plan to implement Paciolan’s integrated access management and digital ticketing functionality to enable their customers to instantly purchase, receive and forward tickets online. “We recognize that guest relations is absolutely critical to the success of the business,” states Zirin. “Offering guests the ability to instantly forward tickets to a cross-town friend, with no need for a messenger service, is a great example of delivering world-class technology to enhance the guest experience.” Delivering an exceptional guest experience leads to loyal customers which offers the Bob Hope Theatre and the Stockton Event Center a stronger revenue base. IFG and the City of Stockton will leverage an integrated ticketing solution with a single patron database encompassing all customer touch points. This integrated system enables the box office to capture and exclusively own all customer data to create marketing programs tailored to the needs of their customers. By creating on-demand marketing and retention programs, the box office maximizes the lifetime value of their customers. “The opening of the Stockton Event Center, which will operate under the in-house ticketing model, is yet another indicator of the market shift from the third-party distributor model,” states John Hnanicek, CEO Paciolan. “Today, more than ever, venues realize that controlling ticketing in-house significantly impacts their bottom line. We are extremely pleased to work with IFG and their partners to help build revenues for the City of Stockton.” About IFG Visit www.ifgroup.cc for additional company information.
