| PACIOLAN ANNOUNCES THE DEPARTURE OF CHAIRMAN, JANE KLEINBERGER Paciolan today announced the pending resignation of Jane C. Kleinberger, the company’s Chairman and co-founder. She will remain with the company on a full time basis until December 31, 2004 and continue her role as an active member of the Board of Directors thereafter. After taking the role of CEO in 1992, Kleinberger provided the leadership and vision needed to build the company into the leading provider of venue-enabled ticketing solutions. Jane was instrumental in building Paciolan’s base of loyal clients and providing the company’s early leadership. Jane kept the company independent during a period of heightened industry consolidation in 2000 and followed that commitment with the funding and executive management team needed to support its high-growth plans. Most recently, Jane has been a leading industry spokesperson regarding the transition of ticketing to in-house control by entertainment and sports organizations. "Given the capability of John Hnanicek and his management team, I feel very confident that I am leaving Paciolan in extremely capable hands. I am now excited about helping entertainment organizations pursue the many untapped opportunities that exist in the business of patron management”, said Kleinberger. "Most importantly, I am comforted knowing that Paciolan clients will continue to receive outstanding services and quality products needed to enhance the relationship with their fans and patrons." A founding member of Paciolan, Kleinberger began working at the company over twenty years ago. She remains an influential member of the ticketing community and serves on the INTIX Board of Directors.
