Paciolan Announces the Resignation of John Hnanicek
Jane Kleinberger to assume day-to-day leadership role
IRVINE, CA – May 26, 2005 –Paciolan, the leading provider
of Internet-based ticketing solutions, today announced that John Hnanicek
resigned as CEO effective May 25, 2005. Jane Kleinberger, Chairman of
the Board and co-founder of the company, will immediately fill the leadership
role for the company.
"John has contributed significantly to the success of Paciolan over
the past 4 years and we wish him well in his future endeavors," said
Kleinberger. "While John will be missed by the company, he leaves
behind a solid management team along with a strong, committed client base."
The search for Hnanicek’s replacement is now underway.
