For Immediate Release Ticket Star Ticketing Meets Heavy Demand for "Packers Family Night" Over 10,000 tickets sold in the first 11 minutes of the on-sale for Green Bay Packers pre-season scrimmage Irvine, CA (July 10, 2006) - Paciolan announced today that Ticket Star of Green Bay, Wisconsin helped the Green Bay Packers sell out the sixth “Packers Family Night, Presented by FOX 11.” The event is an annual favorite in Green Bay in which the community is given an opportunity to view a team scrimmage and enjoy other live entertainment as well. This year's event, which will take place Saturday, August 5th, at Lambeau Field, will mark the third time that the Packers sold every available seat in the stadium bowl for “Packers Family Night.” The event on-sale began at 10:00 am Saturday, June 17th selling over 10,000 tickets during the first 11 minutes of the event. “We’re pleased about both the demand created by the event as well as our ability to manage that demand,” said Brendan Bruss, Chief Administrative Officer of PMI, which owns Ticket Star. “After the 2005 event sold out in three hours, the Packers decided to limit ticket purchases to eight per order, thereby allowing more fans to buy tickets. The Packers are one of our top clients, so we couldn’t be happier about the results of the event and the performance provided by our Paciolan ticketing system.” Ticket Star used Paciolan’s high-speed credit authorization tool to facilitate a flawless on-sale and quickly meet the demand for tickets. Additionally, Ticket Star leveraged remote web-based sales terminals at their outlet locations to satisfy heavy demand. “We’re excited to partner with PMI and Ticket Star and provide them with the infrastructure needed to drive large volume on-sales,” said Dave Butler, CEO of Paciolan. “This event clearly articulates the value that Paciolan provides to both venues and promoters with large volume on-sale requirements.” About Paciolan Visit www.paciolan.com for additional company information.
