| Jane
Kleinberger, Chairman of the Board
Jane Kleinberger co-founded Paciolan in 1980, served as the
company’s CEO from 1992-2002, and is now Chairman of the Board.
Under Jane’s leadership, Paciolan has extended its product
line beyond back-office ticketing software by introducing e-commerce
solutions which support single-event ticketing, season ticket sales
and renewals, donation processing and patron loyalty systems. Jane
also serves on the board of directors for the International Ticketing
Association (INTIX). She studied accounting and business administration
at the University of Cincinnati, and has worked in hi-tech for over
25 years.

| Dave
Butler, Board Member
Dave is CEO of Paciolan and responsible for promoting Paciolan's
vision, developing new and strategic markets, and partnering with
key clients in defining product direction. Prior to Paciolan, he
was the President and CEO of TCI Solutions, and has held leadership
roles at enterprise solution companies including Best Software,
Lawson Software and MAI Basic Four. In 2000, Dave was named one
of Accounting Today magazine's "Most Influential People."
Dave is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton.

| Matthew
Witte, Board Member, Marwit Capital
Matthew serves on the board of directors and is also the chairman/CEO
of Marwit Capital, a private equity and venture capitol in Newport
Beach, Calif. Founded in 1962, Marwit has invested in more than
200 companies in a number of industries. Marwit was the lead investor
in Paciolan's Series 'A' financing. Matthew joined Paciolan in 2000
as board of directors co-chairman, and in early 2001 served as Paciolan's
executive vice president. He previously focused on building out
Paciolan's management team, leading strategic partnerships with
other emerging technology companies and handled all finance and
capital transactions. Matt is a grad from Cornell University and
a director of the National Association of Small Business Investment
Companies (NASBIC). |
| Dan
Raynor, Board Member, Argentum Group
Dan serves on the board of directors and is managing partner and
co-founder of Argentum Group, a New York-based private equity firm
with over 50 active portfolio investments and aggregate investment
capital of over $280 million. At Argentum, he coordinates private
equity investment opportunities in the software, information services,
and outsourcing/business services sectors. He brings to the Board
more than 12 years of private equity experience. Dan also serves
on the Board of Directors of Applied Data Systems, Inc., Community
Education Centers, Inc., Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, Inc.,
Fusion Lighting, Inc., Health Charge Corporation, NuCo2, Inc., and
Transforce, Inc. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in economics
from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Luukko, Board Member, Comcast-Spectacor Ventures
Peter serves on the board of directors and is president of Comcast-Spectator
Ventures, which includes Global Spectrum, the firm engaged in managing
public assembly facilities throughout the United States and Canada,
Ovations Food Services, the company‘s food and concession
company, and Comcast-Spectacor Minor League Operations, which includes
the Bowie Baysox, the Delmarva Shorebirds, the Frederick Keys baseball
teams and the Philadelphia Phantoms hockey team. Luukko received
the 2002 prestigious Harold J. VanderZwaag Distinguished Alumnus
Award by the Sports Management Program of the University of Massachusetts
for his accomplishments in the field of sports management. Peter
is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. |
| Will
Griffith, Board Member, Technology Crossover Ventures
Will serves on the board of directors and is also a General Partner
with TCV, a leading provider of growth capital to technology companies
throughout their rapid growth phase. Will has led or co-led investments
in 2Wire, Continuous Computing, InPhonic (public: INPC), Lynk Systems
(acquired by Royal Bank of Scotland), Paciolan, Fandango, Techwell,
Egenera, INFOnxx, Liquidnet, Motricity, Nextag and Riskmetrics.
Will received a B.A. in Engineering and History from Dartmouth College
and a M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford. |
