IRVINE, Calif. (April 15, 2021) — The Charlotte 49ers have partnered with Paciolan, the industry leader in ticketing, marketing, and fundraising solutions for college athletics, to furnish the athletics department with a comprehensive platform that integrates digital ticketing, fundraising, marketing, and access management technologies to deliver an exceptional fan experience.

The new online ticketing and donor management system will streamline the purchasing process and make it easier for fans to manage their accounts. Fans, season ticket holders, and donors will be able to purchase tickets and give donations at one time and in one location. In addition, 49ers athletics will be afforded a more complete view of each fan's preferences in order to offer more personalized communications.

49ers fans will also be able to take advantage of an enhanced mobile ticketing experience. Fans can purchase tickets on their phone, receive them via text, manage their accounts, and enter the venue with their mobile ticket.

Activation emails have been sent to anyone who has donated to the Athletic Foundation over the past five years and anyone who has purchased season tickets for football, men’s basketball, or baseball, in the last three years. Donors can begin making gifts in Pac Fund today.

Paciolan’s partnership with SIDEARM Sports, the official website provider for 49ers athletics, will give fans more information about ticket availability and pricing through ticketing links embedded into schedule pages and releases at charlotte49ers.com.
