Now Available: Transfer Tickets via Email

Now patrons can choose to transfer digital tickets via email if they do not have the recipients’ phone numbers. It’s the same easy process within My Account 2.0.

Choose “Use email instead” when prompted; the default choice remains Mobile Number

The transfer recipient will receive an email to notify them and take them to My Account

 

Transferring tickets with My Account 2.0 boosts many benefits for you and your patrons:

  • Grow your database to include actual event attendees, not just the ticket buyers, as transfer recipients must create an account!
  • One Person = One Ticket
  • The convenience and security of My Account 2.0 

While most patrons are using SMS/text messaging, having an email option helps in those instances a phone number isn’t accessible. You can encourage patrons to transfer, now that they have no excuse!
