Paciolan Elevates Christian Lewis and Deana Barnes

Promotions announced for Business Development and Client Engagement Leaders

Irvine, CA (September 24, 2019) — Paciolan, a leading provider of ticketing, fundraising, marketing and analytics solutions for sports and live entertainment organizations, is proud to announce the promotions of two valued leaders, Christian Lewis and Deana Barnes. Lewis has been named Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Barnes has been named Vice President of Client Engagement.

 

Barnes and Lewis’ teams are responsible for nurturing, retaining and growing Paciolan’s thriving client community of over 135 universities, 100 professional sports and arenas organizations, and 70 performing arts venues. Both former Division 1 college athletes, Barnes and Lewis are known at Paciolan for how they have aligned their teams to work closely to maximize outcomes.

 

Lewis started his career at Paciolan in 2013 as Director of College Athletics managing business development and cultivating strategic relationships. He was promoted to Vice President of Business Development in 2017 and charged with leading a team responsible for new customer acquisition and client retention.

Under Lewis’ leadership, Paciolan has seen a surge in new clients including University of Minnesota, Texas A&M University and the 12th Man Foundation, University of Washington, University of Miami, University of New Mexico and Popejoy Hall, and Xavier University and the Cintas Center.  Before joining Paciolan, Lewis held positions with University of Maryland Athletics and CBS Collegiate Sports Properties (now OUTFRONT Media Sports) at multiple schools including Maryland and Stanford.

 

Barnes heads the Client Engagement team, which helps sports and live entertainment organizations drive incremental revenue through Paciolan technology and solutions. Her team includes Client Partners and eCommerce Operations Specialists along with Professional Services and Strategic Partnerships groups, all of which are critical to the success of Paciolan’s clients. Under Barnes’ leadership, these teams have elevated their consultative services to become a core differentiator for Paciolan in the industry.  Barnes also leads Paciolan’s strategic relationship with StubHub, a key partner for providing clients with integrated primary and secondary ticket sales and distribution opportunities.

Barnes started her career at Paciolan as a business analyst in 2003 then joined the Client Partner team in 2007. She was later promoted to manager of the Client Partner team and most recently held the title of Senior Director of the Client Partner group. Prior to joining Paciolan, Deana held roles at Autobytel and Verizon.
