Paciolan Elevates Craig Ricks to Chief Marketing Officer

Irvine, CA (May 20, 2021) — Paciolan, a leading provider of ticketing, marketing, fundraising, and analytics solutions for sports and live entertainment organizations, announces the promotion of Craig Ricks to Chief Marketing Officer. Ricks’ teams are responsible for delivering digital marketing, marketing automation, and Salesforce services to clients along with corporate positioning of the Paciolan brand within the industry.

Ricks built an in-house marketing agency within Paciolan that acts as an extension of their client’s marketing departments to provide services that engage customers, drive ticket sales, and grow revenue. The Paciolan in-house agency helps clients connect with customers to sell tickets through various digital disciplines, including the Google Marketing Platform, search, social, and video. Ricks also leads strategic relationships with marketing partners, including Google and other digital technology leaders.

Ricks started his career at Paciolan in 2003, and during his tenure, the Paciolan marketing team has developed advanced marketing services to help clients generate revenue. Throughout Ricks’ time at Paciolan, the company has grown dramatically. It is the largest provider of ticketing, fundraising, and marketing services to college athletics and a leading provider in the performing arts, arenas, and live entertainment.

Ricks oversees the corporate branding and communications efforts for Paciolan, covering community engagement, outreach, and conferences, including their annual PACnet community conference. Paciolan hosted over 1,800 clients, partners, and attendees at the company’s virtual PACnet conference to share ideas, drive innovation, and build community. The conference has grown into one of the most impactful conferences in the industry that attracts senior leaders, technology innovators, and thought leaders within live entertainment.

Ricks also helps to lead the Paciolan marketing automation and Salesforce administration teams. These teams offer clients highly customized and personalized marketing campaigns that integrate into the Salesforce CRM platform to create actionable ticket sales programs and provide a 360-degree view of their customers.

Ricks is also the marketing liaison with parent company Learfield IMG College and other divisions within the organization. He manages industry relationships with the National Association of College Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and their member associations, The International Ticketing Association (INTIX), and other key industry relationships.
