Paciolan Partners with 10 Universities to Elevate the Fan Experience

Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, fundraising and marketing solutions for college athletics, has announced new agreements with 10 leading university athletic departments. These institutions are partnering with Paciolan to deploy mobile ticketing technology to help elevate the fan experience and to enable safe and secure entry at their athletics venues. Paciolan also will deliver integrated ticketing, fundraising and marketing solutions to allow schools to gain deep insights and understanding of their fans and donors. Season ticket holders, fans and donors from these schools will enjoy a customized mobile ticketing experience powered by Paciolan. Fans will have the option to purchase mobile tickets, receive their tickets via text, and use mobile ticketing upon entry at the stadium. This technology helps to unlock rich customer data and offers the safety measure of touchless ticketing entry at the gate. Fans also can manage their accounts directly from their phone and transfer or exchange tickets for events they cannot attend.

The Paciolan platform provides university athletics staff instant access to customer information, including account data, ticketing, parking information, donor level, and transaction history. Armed with this data, these institutions can take advantage of Paciolan’s marketing tools and services to build customized communications based on each fan’s preferences. Schools also can tap into additional digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social, display, and video to engage audiences, acquire new customers, and sell more tickets.

Each of these partner institutions will receive Paciolan’s signature partner service and support. This includes teaming up with a strategic client partner, an e-commerce operations specialist, and marketing experts covering a wide variety of disciplines. These experts will serve as an extension to each team’s athletics staff to help plan, collaborate, and unlock all the value of the Paciolan tools available to them. These organizations will join a community of over 150 college athletics organizations to share best practices, ideas, and innovations.
