Rutgers University Extends Long-term Partnership with Paciolan

A Paciolan partner for 30 years, the University leverages advanced Ticketing, Marketing and Analytics solutions

IRVINE, Calif. and NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. (June 28, 2018) – Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, fundraising, marketing and analytics solutions for college athletics, today announced that it has extended its long-term partnership with Rutgers University. Rutgers will continue to leverage the company’s industry-leading ticketing, Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation solutions, while working with Paciolan on a new, advanced analytics solution. The university will also implement Paciolan’s new integrated fundraising system, PAC Fund.

 

Rutgers will continue to utilize Paciolan’s ticketing system to efficiently sell and deliver tickets in real-time to all Scarlet Knights events. Fans are able to purchase and transfer mobile tickets, and enter venues using only their mobile device. Fans have access to all of their favorite functionality on mobile, including Pick-Your-Own Seat maps and enriched mobile tickets. The cutting-edge Paciolan Platform streamlines e-commerce, enhancing the intuitive ticket purchase process for Scarlet Knights supporters.

Rutgers will continue their sophisticated use of Salesforce, including managing both Football and Men’s Basketball season ticket renewals at a very detailed level, including a higher level of servicing first-year buyers to purposefully increase their renewal rates.

 

The combination of Salesforce and marketing automation allows Rutgers the ability to efficiently maximize outreach, with click-throughs from email campaigns funneling back into Salesforce to effectively prioritize calls. Rutgers utilizes Marketing Automation to provide season ticket holders with Personalized URLs, automated receipts for donations, and post-game surveys, as well as customized outreach to welcome new season ticket buyers and cart abandonment campaigns.

 

Rutgers is a frontrunner in data analytics, working with Paciolan to implement an advanced analytics solution. With this cutting edge technology, Paciolan is able to simplify, enhance, and coalesce data. This brings formerly separate data, including ticketing, fundraising, Salesforce and marketing automation into a single web portal where it will blend together to help organizations make data-driven business decisions. The advanced analytics tool can even pull in third-party data sources for a truly comprehensive overview. With this data-driven solution, Paciolan is able to highlight specific KPIs and crunch years of data to make them available.
