Indiana University captures interest on Premium Seating

Indiana University captured interest on Premium Seating during their online football renewal process by generating a lightbox with embedded FanOne hosted information. If fans clicked to receive information, a dynamically populated, personalized email is sent to the customer and a notification flows into Salesforce. Indiana also receives an internal email notification when a submission is made and everything flows into Salesforce for Reps to see and take action on.
