Going 100% Mobile is not a flip of a switch; it's a process! While it can include many steps, it doesn't have to be a mystery. The Mobile Playbook strives to give you a comprehensive view of the available solutions and best practices. Thus, we want the Playbook to keep growing. Mobile Ticketing User Help

Going Mobile requires consumer training. We've created a template for a user guide section on your website, to facilitate learning and troubleshooting as fans and patrons familiarize themselves with new processes and technology. The inspiration comes from various fantastic examples from this community, as well as best practices from other industries. We hope the template gives you the boost you need to get started.

NFC Enablement Tool 

You now have access to this remarkably convenient new tool in the Pac Platform that lets you enable NFC/Contactless tickets for upcoming events. It's another step in the transition to mobile tickets! Get to it from the Playbook, or check out the step-by-step in Pac Community.
