Purchase

Open case on the Pac Community Portal to purchase equipment

  • Outline what you need – number of units, network specifications, shipping address, etc.
  • Paciolan Purchasing Department will send quote for goods.
  • Once accepted, there is typically a 4-week turnaround time for equipment to be configured and shipped.

Repair

Open case on the Pac Community Portal for any repair issues

  • Include the make, model and serial number of the unit(s) along with description of the issues. 
  • Paciolan Access team will provide information regarding shipping.
