
Donor Changes Transparency
Working with the Hartman Fund at the University of Georgia, we created a personalized landing page for football season ticket holders to better explain the upcoming changes to the required seat donations collected annually. The Personalization Manager app was used to populate seat and parking locations from 2024, and reflect the upcoming 2025 required donation values. These fields, combined with regular field merges and donor membership levels, created a nice personalized page for each donor to effectively communicate the impending changes.
