Introducing the Eloqua Redwood Experience: A Fresh Look, Enhanced Usability

As part of Oracle’s commitment to keeping Eloqua modern and user-friendly, a new interface, called the Redwood Experience, will become the default user experience following Eloqua’s 24D (November 15, 2024) release. While you will still be able to toggle back to the current experience if needed, we encourage you to explore this new interface to enjoy its many benefits.

What is the Redwood Experience?

The Redwood Experience is Eloqua’s newly enhanced user interface, designed with the user in mind. It offers a more intuitive, streamlined look, helping you to focus on what matters most—creating impactful marketing campaigns. You’ll notice updated visuals, clearer navigation, and more efficient ways to complete the tasks you’re familiar with.

What to Expect

If you’ve logged into Oracle Analytics (Insight) recently, you may have already seen the Redwood Experience in action. Now, those same modernized features are coming to Eloqua. Here’s a glimpse of what’s new:

  • Cleaner, Modern Design: The simplified layout helps you find what you need faster, with a sleek and professional design.

  • Improved Navigation: The updated menus and toolbars make it easier to move between tasks, giving you quicker access to commonly used functions.

  • Enhanced Usability: Redwood isn’t just about looks—it’s about improving your day-to-day productivity. Whether you’re building campaigns or managing assets, this new interface makes everything more intuitive.

Why Make the Switch?

While you’ll still have the option to toggle back to the current interface for a short period of time, we highly recommend giving the Redwood Experience a try. Not only will you benefit from its modern design and enhanced usability, but it will also eventually become the permanent default in future updates. By transitioning now, you’ll be ahead of the curve.

How to Try It Now

To start using it now, you can check the "Use Redwood Experience" box at the bottom of the Eloqua hamburger  navigation list. After the release, you’ll automatically be placed in the Redwood Experience, but you can easily toggle back to the current interface for the time being.
