Donation Cart Abandonment

The Bulldog Club at Mississippi State University utilized our new functionality with donation cart abandonment to retarget customers who didn't complete donations on PAC Fund pages. While still early in the campaign, we are seeing a 40% open rate and 11% open rate!

Donation Balance Reminders

Ole Miss has an automated campaign that runs every 14 days to identify all contacts with a Football related Donation Allocation with a balance greater than $0 (excluding those with payment plans). The email uses the Personalization Manager app is dynamically insert the related allocation and balance details as well as a call to action to make a payment online.

Donor Upsell with Presale Push

The UCLA Bruins took the opportunity to promote their upcoming football single-game on sales while also pushing the benefits of becoming a donor or season ticket holder. They highlighted the exclusive benefits to upsell patrons to get early access.
