Sales Cloud Go centralizes all necessary tools and information, making it easier to activate new features and provide your sales teams with the best tools for success. You can access this new hub by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right, going to setup, and then searching for 'Sales Setup'. With just a few clicks, admins can now roll out updates and enhancements without disrupting workflows.

Future updates in Spring ’25 will include more robust tracking and permission features, further helping admins control new product releases. Get ready to streamline your workflows, enhance productivity, and keep your sales team ahead of the game!

Key Benefits for Admins:

  • Faster Adoption: AI-driven recommendations and monitoring tools accelerate the deployment of new functionalities.

  • Centralized Hub: Access all product resources, from documentation to customer stories, in one place.

In addition to Sales Cloud Go, Salesforce has introduced Salesforce Foundations. Salesforce Foundations is a free upgrade designed to enhance cross-departmental features for all customers.
