Seat Level Pricing and Seat Markers

Colorado State is utilizing the seat marker functionality to highlight premium seating locations on the aisle during their football single game on sale. Fans can easily identify premium seat locations and Colorado State is able to charge more for their premiere seat locations in Canvas Stadium for this fall.

Sales Rep Customer Intake Form

North Carolina State developed a custom intake form in Salesforce. Their reps had a standard script where they asked every patron the talked to about their interests in various sports, their occupation, and their connections to the university. Through a screen flow, a rep could enter this information which would then automatically create any follow up tasks, opportunities, and sync interest information to Eloqua.

Multi-Venue Mini Plan On Sale

Georgia Tech is pushing Notre Dame tickets through a mini plan to drive additional game purchase engagement. The Notre Dame game is played at Mercedes Benz Stadium, where all other Georgia Tech home games are played at Bobby Dodd Stadium. Using the Item Package functionality, Georgia Tech is offering the Notre Dame game and all its price points to purchase with one additional required non-conference game, and then an option to select 1 of 2 conference games.
