With 33% fewer screens, the selection process is more streamlined and efficient.


Seamless Mobile Integration: 

Effortless transition from My Account on native browsers or mSDK to Ballena for season ticket selections.

Fans are enjoying a simplified map and streamlined checkout process.



 
The Impact:

Early access clients who enabled the process for baseball seat selections saw a slew of people access their selections via mobile, with very little advertising. Ole Miss, Texas A&M, and Vanderbilt, all with a fandom versed in established desktop selection processes, still saw 20% of their fans accessing seat selection via mobile. 





Oklahoma State University, a newer Ballena client, saw 51% of fans accessing the selection process via mobile.
