Utah Athletics Partners with Paciolan for Enhanced Ticketing, Fundraising, Marketing, and Data Solutions

IRVINE, CA (June 10th, 2025) – Utah Athletics announced today a new partnership with Paciolan, the leading ticketing, fundraising, and marketing solutions provider in college athletics.

 

Through the partnership, the Utes will take advantage of robust fundraising tools, elevated marketing automation solutions, and advanced reporting and analytics in addition to providing an enhanced fan experience from ticket purchase to event entry.

PACFund, Paciolan’s unified fundraising platform, provides Utah Athletics a tool that integrates directly into its ticketing platform to offer season ticket holders and donors a one-stop shop to buy tickets, donate to the Crimson Club, manage their priority points, and take advantage of donor benefits seamlessly.

 

Driven by Paciolan’s Oracle Eloqua-powered marketing automation solutions, Utah Athletics now has the ability to push tailored alerts of upcoming events and special offers to fans and donors based on their interests and affinities shown via past purchases, donation history, and attendance history. The Utes will also leverage Paciolan’s digital marketing services to deliver programmatic campaigns designed to acquire new fans and donors. These campaigns engage college sports audiences through various digital channels, including social, display, and video, that alert fans of upcoming events and promotions.

With Paciolan iQ, Utah Athletics will have access to advanced reporting, analytics, visualizations and insights all powered by Utah’s new Paciolan-hosted data warehouse. The Utes will also have a dedicated Paciolan Data Analyst to configure an unlimited number of third-party data sources, dashboards, heat maps and reports to meet Utah's comprehensive data and revenue strategy needs.
