February's Ticketing Best Practices


Sponsorship Visibility

With basketball season winding down, Fairfield University in pushing single game ticket sales, along with single game sponsorships.

To assist with this we added the logo of a local power company who is "powering" both men's and women's games, by adding the company logo to the event list page!

Renewals How-To Materials

Northern Arizona created new how-to materials to help season ticket holders renew their tickets, including a one-sheeter and a video walking throught the full process.

These materials were included in all communications around renewals like email and ticket info pages.
