ATLANTA (May 18, 2026) – The historic Fox Theatre and Paciolan, a leading ticketing, marketing and data solutions provider for live entertainment venues, announced today a multi-year extension to their 14-year relationship to enrich the customer experience. Through the agreement, the award-winning Fox Theatre will continue to take advantage of Paciolan’s end-to-end ticketing technology services, integrated marketing ecosystem, and advanced data services to expand on the persistent growth of its industry-leading sales and database for its wide range of live entertainment events.

A cultural icon in Atlanta, the Fox stands as one of the most well-respected and highly successful venues in the industry, hosting everything from Broadway and comedy shows to live music and private events. Last October, the Fox Theatre was named the 2025 Theatre of the Year by the International Entertainment Buyers Association (IEBA) and consistently ranks globally among the top venues of its size in ticket sales and gross revenue, having produced record-breaking revenues since first collaborating with Paciolan in 2012.

“We’re thrilled to renew our partnership with Paciolan, a team that has been instrumental in our continued growth and success. Their expertise, innovation, and commitment to delivering exceptional service has helped us better serve our audiences and elevate our performance year after year. We look forward to continuing to build on this strong foundation together and achieve even greater milestones in the years ahead.”

Allan C. Vella, President & CEO of Fox Theatre.

Through Paciolan’s integrated marketing ecosystem, the Fox Theatre will leverage premium customer relationship management, marketing automation, and digital marketing solutions to provide information to patrons on all their favorite events.

These efforts will be further enhanced through Paciolan’s advanced data solutions, which provide the Fox with unparalleled data on ticket buyers and live event attendees to tailor their marketing experience based on past purchases and preferences.

In addition to utilizing Paciolan’s ever-evolving premium ticketing technology and Ballena Seats 3D seat viewer, the Fox Theatre was also an early adopter of open distribution, allowing them to create expanded visibility of their ticket inventory and meet patrons where they are for their ticket purchases.

“It’s an honor to continue our close relationship with an iconic venue that means so much to its community and supporters. Allan, Jamie, and the entire Fox Theatre staff are innovators and pioneers in the live entertainment industry and we are thrilled to be a piece of the incredible success they have built at the Fox.”

Brendan Lynch, President of Paciolan

The Fox Theatre traces its roots back to 1928 with the theatre first opening on Christmas Day 1929. Across nearly 100 years hosting movies, operas, live performances and private events, the Fox continues to focus on community partnerships and giving back to the city that has supported it for decades.

Now in a new era of its storied history, the Fox Theatre continues to elevate the experience it provides patrons, hosting over 250 performances annually and constantly elevating its Marquee Club offering, which bundles some of the best seats in the house with various pre- and post-event premium spaces that include food and beverage for club members.
