What’s new?
PAC io delivers a fresh look and feel, but the enhancements go far deeper than aesthetics. Efficiency is at the heart of our vision for the operator platform, and PAC io Maps shows what that means in practice.
PAC io Maps makes big strides on the efficiency front by eliminating the need for copy cases by allowing clients to easily:
Migrate historical PYO maps into the new Maps screen
Assign new season/venue/configuration combos to existing PYO maps
View all your PYO maps in one place
"Our guiding principle for PAC io Maps was to empower our client operators and get them to onsale faster. So, for the copy use case, we made it DIY with just a few clicks." Matt Newman, Product Manager, Paciolan
How fast is it? Based on the experience of our Early Access clients we’re confident in saying that it literally takes seconds!

Who is this feature for?
This release of PAC io Maps will benefit venues that repeatedly use the same unchanging PYO seat maps, e.g. theaters and many sports venues. Situations that call for new maps or map edits, e.g. arenas and their floors, will continue with the existing process.
What are the benefits?
Gain control and speed. With the elimination of the copy case, you don’t have to worry about waiting on someone else to get it done. This reduces the level of effort and cognitive load to get to onsale and makes you more responsive to promoters and stakeholders.
“This tool has been a game changer for our build process! It makes everything more efficient and helps us get fast, clear answers when confirming on-sale details with promoters and clients. It's especially valuable for those quick-turnaround timelines.” Christina Russell, Ticketing Services Manager, The Classic Center
Get digital. Having all of your maps in one place is really useful when you need to review your historical PYO Maps and find the one that fits the best. While the classic binder will always be useful, having a digitized version ensures that everything is up to date, backed up, and available for fellow employees.
