Ever wondered what days and times see the most email engagement? Or wanted to review how your campaigns are performing this year compared to last year?
Good news: the new Email Engagement Dashboard is here, and it’s designed to make answering those questions fast, visual, and easy.
Hosted in PAC io, this dashboard gives you a clear view of what emails have been sent and how audiences have responded so you can move from guessing to optimizing with confidence.

Why You’ll Love It
The Email Engagement Dashboard helps you spot patterns at a glance. Use it to uncover insights like:
What’s the best time or day to send a renewal email?
Are my Know Before Your Go emails getting attention?
Which emails are actually driving clicks, not just opens?
Instead of having to sort a bunch of data in a spreadsheet, you get trends, comparisons, and KPIs all in one place.
With data refreshing nightly at 3 a.m. ET, you can find new trends every day.
Getting Started
Whether you are a Marketing Automation user or PAC Mail client, the Email Engagement Dashboard is now available in PAC io.
If you need a login, talk with your internal PAC administrator, who can create you a user. Instructions to do so can be found here.
Once you have access to PAC io:
Click on Data & Insights
Open Dashboards
Select Marketing → Email Engagement
Utilizing the Dashboard
Use the filters along the top to search for specific emails by name, filter by email group, set a minimum or maximum number of sends, and/or adjust the date range.
Beneath the filters you’ll find key metrics like Total Emails, Total Sends, Open Rate, and Click Rate. Each one shows how that metric compares to the previous period so you can quickly tell how things are trending.
Dig deeper with over-time charts that highlight which months, days, or hours see the most engagement. Hover over any point to see exact numbers.
Helpful Hint! Set a minimum send volume (10+ sends) to filter out one-off emails that can skew your insights.
At the bottom of the dashboard, the Email Details table lists each email that matches your filters, broken out by day. The table allows you to sort by any metric, scan performance quickly, or download the data to your computer.
