University at Buffalo Athletics Taps Paciolan for Integrated Ticketing, Fundraising and Marketing Solutions

IRVINE, CA – Bulls fans and donors will soon notice a new and enhanced digital ticketing and fundraising platform, as the University at Buffalo Athletics has teamed up with Paciolan to deliver industry-leading ticketing, fundraising and marketing solutions beginning immediately. The Paciolan digital ticketing platform will allow fans to manage all aspects of their ticketing journey for all UB Athletics home events held at Broadview Stadium and Broadview Arena.

Through Paciolan’s digital ticketing technology, users will have the ability to purchase tickets, receive them instantly via text, and scan their tickets at the venue using best-in-class NFC contactless technology, creating a streamlined process from purchase to game day.

 

Additionally, the platform delivers Paciolan-hosted merchant services, unlocking new payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay while also providing fraud and chargeback prevention services. Following their purchase, users can then manage their accounts directly from their mobile device to easily transfer or exchange tickets with family and friends.

Beyond primary ticketing, Paciolan integrates directly with secondary ticketing provider SeatGeek, giving ticket holders an easy way to sell tickets for events they are unable to attend through SeatGeek’s highly-rated mobile experience while feeding invaluable fan and ticketing data back to UB Athletics.

 

Through Paciolan’s unified fundraising platform, fans and donors of UB Athletics now have a one-stop shop to buy tickets, donate to the Bulls Championship Fund, manage their priority points, and take advantage of donor benefits seamlessly.

 

UB Athletics will also leverage Paciolan’s enterprise-grade marketing automation tools to send fans and donors personalized notifications based on their previous activity, as well as Paciolan digital marketing services to deliver targeted marketing campaigns to UB fans and donors through various digital and social media channels.
