DOYLESTOWN, PA — (April 23, 2026)  Wicket, the leading facial authentication platform provider in live events, today announced a new partnership with Paciolan, the industry leader in ticketing, fundraising, marketing, and analytics solutions for live entertainment organizations. Through this partnership, colleges, arenas, and performing arts centers using Paciolan will be able to leverage Wicket’s facial authentication technology to streamline ticketing operations, reduce friction at venue entry, and get fans into events faster.

Paciolan supports ticketing for hundreds of live event venues nationwide, including 75% of the Power Four Conferences schools. With this partnership, venues will have the opportunity to incorporate Wicket into their ticketing workflows, enabling faster ingress and more efficient operations on game day.

Wicket’s integration with Paciolan’s platform will be available for programs to pilot in the coming months and football season. Once live, the integration will allow ticketing departments to significantly speed up ticket scanning and entry while maintaining high standards of security and privacy.

“Paciolan has always focused on providing best-in-class ticketing solutions for our partners and their fans and patrons. Partnering with Wicket allows us to extend that mission by introducing innovative identity technology that enhances both operational efficiency and the fan experience.”

Brendan Lynch, President at Paciolan

“College athletics are all about the gameday culture, and in these high-energy environments, ease of use, speed, and reliability matter. This partnership allows Paciolan schools and facilities to easily enhance their existing ticketing solution with Wicket’s facial authentication platform to deliver sensational event experiences to their fans.”

Alastair Partington, CEO of Wicket

The Wicket-Paciolan integration was highlighted at Paciolan’s annual user conference, PACnet, in February. Attendees could sign up to use Wicket for conference check-in upon arrival, and Wicket staff were on hand to provide live demonstrations of how athletic departments, live entertainment venues, and performing arts centers can use Wicket to streamline ticketing, payments, credentialing, and more.
