Baseball Coach Ticket Transfer Program
The new Texas Baseball Coach wanted to encourage Season Ticket Holders to return tickets to games they will not attend.
Working with the ticketing team, they developed an account and email to direct Season Ticket Holders to transfer their tickets instead of using the Ticket Return functionality. Texas has seen tremendous adoption in the first week of the program, with hundreds of tickets sent to the Coach's email address/account.

Concert Presale Registration
Baylor announced the Boys From Oklahoma stadium tour, took presale registrations via Eloqua form, and conducted a successful presale and on-sale through PAC Live. With these efforts, they sold 33K tickets (94% capacity) over 1 presale and 1 on-sale day.
