Texas utilized an automated campaign to send a confirmation to customers once they join their 2025 waitlist. Both the donor and non-donor version of the email asks customers to consider making a seat-related or Longhorn Excellence gift. The campaign generated $49k in donations within 1 month. Open Rate: 44.1% Click Rate: 10.5%

Account Summary Landing Page
As Illinois prepares for the implementation of their Ballena reseat as part of their Per Seat Giving Model transition, they are providing donors and Season Ticket Holders with an Account Summary landing page to provide transparency on where the customer stands regarding ranking and set expectations for when seat selection dates/times are sent.
This landing page allows customers to increase their membership level through a Paciolan Fundraising giving page, submit a form to schedule an appointment with a service representative, and also indicate their interest in premium seating. The landing page also links to the Ballena Seats 3D pages and FAQs to help minimize inbound phone traffic.
