IRVINE, Calif. – Paciolan, LEARFIELD’s premier platform for ticketing, fundraising, and marketing technology solutions for college athletics and live entertainment venues, has entered into a new multi-year agreement with Kent State University. Paciolan will now power mobile ticketing and customer engagement technologies for Golden Flashes athletic events, performances by the College of the Arts, all events held at Tuscarawas Performing Arts Center, admissions to the Kent State University Museum, and other campus events.
Kent State will now be equipped to positively impact the customer experience by providing fans and supporters a single, integrated solution for purchasing tickets and managing their profiles through user-friendly digital features. Kent State Athletics will also gain a more comprehensive view of preferences of fans, season ticket holders, and donors to create rich programs personalized for each customer.

Kent State fans and patrons can take advantage of the new mobile ticketing platform, purchasing mobile tickets, receiving their tickets via text message, and entering the venue using their phones. Campus staff can then scan tickets upon entry gaining valuable attendance data to enrich each attendee’s profile. Users will also have the added capability of managing their accounts directly from their mobile devices including the easy transfer or exchange of tickets with family or friends for events they cannot attend. The Paciolan platform also seamlessly integrates into the Kent State Athletics website powered by SIDEARM Sports, LEARFIELD’s leading college sports digital solutions provider.

In addition, the university staff will have access to a highly experienced client partner, an ecommerce operations specialist, and an email marketing specialist who will help with strategic planning, sharing best practices, and consulting on the use of available Paciolan tools which will also include access management and hosted merchant services.
