Troy University Signs with Paciolan

IRVINE, Calif. (June 15, 2022) Paciolan, the leading college athletics ticketing, marketing, fundraising, and analytics solution provider, has entered into a relationship with Troy University. As a result, Paciolan will power ticketing, access management, and marketing solutions for events at Veterans Memorial Stadium, Trojan Arena, and all other athletics events.

Paciolan is the leader in the ticketing space for college athletics and through this partnership will offer dynamic ticketing technology not only to our amazing fans but also allow our staff to better engage and communicate with them. The fan experience is paramount for all of our games, events and matches, and our partnership with Paciolan will enhance that experience to a premier level. We are excited to join the Paciolan community and continue to provide our fans with elite-level customer service and a state-of-the-art ticketing solution.

In addition to standard hard copy tickets, Trojan fans will now have the option to choose mobile ticketing or print-at-home options. With mobile ticketing and access management, Trojan fans can purchase mobile tickets, receive them directly via text and save them to their mobile wallet. Fans then scan their phones to enter the venue, removing the need for a paper ticket. If Trojan fans cannot attend an event, they can transfer tickets to friends or family via text through the mobile account management tools.

Troy Athletics will leverage Paciolan's email digital marketing and marketing platform, PAC Mail, to better engage, interact, and communicate with fans, students, and alumni. This integrated marketing tool will allow staff to target email marketing messages based on previous purchase history, attendance, and preferences to customize communications for each fan to offer the best fan experience and buying purchase experience possible.

Event ticketing will integrate into the Troy Athletics website powered by SIDEARM Sports. The integration provides Troy fans with instant access to information about remaining ticket inventory and pricing on athletics web pages, including the schedule page.

As a partner, Troy receives Paciolan’s signature service and support. The university staff will team up with a highly experienced client partner, an eCommerce operations specialist, and a marketing specialist who will help with strategic planning, sharing best practices, and consulting on the use of Paciolan tools.
