Digital Access Pass via My Account

North Carolina enhanced their student game day experience by making the digital access pass available for download via the My Account page, meaning pass holders no longer needed to search for an email or request a reissue to download their pass for the year.

Ballena Subscription Renewal Process

The Fabulous Fox successfully launched its 26–27 Broadway Subscription Renewals using the Ballena process for the very 1st time offering subscribers greater flexibility and expanded options. During the renewal period subscribers were able to add or drop seats & parking, explore available inventory to relocate or purchase new, get exclusive access to purchase WICKED tickets, and select either the auto-renew or a payment plan options. The campaign was supported by strong email & digital marketing campaigns as well as a great "how to" educational video.

ADA Seat Messaging

Auburn has enabled PAC Live for their events and is utilizing the seat status functionality to clearly designate ADA seating. Additionally, the message field is being used to deliver targeted, customer-facing ADA information to ensure clarity and accessibility.
