Our marketing automation team recently attended an Oracle University session that deep dived into Eloqua’s Predictive AI dashboards.
Here are a couple of takeaways that can help shape your strategy when using these tools:
Send Time Optimization (STO): Data Driven Delivery

Instead of guessing when your audience might be checking their inbox, Send Time Optimization uses historical behavior to hit the top of the inbox exactly when a contact is most likely to engage. The Email Analysis Dashboard gives you proof.
STO vs. Non STO Benchmarking: You can directly compare the performance of optimized emails against standard sends to how send time optimization impacts engagement rates.
Granular Performance Data: You are not limited to high-level analytics. You can view performance of a specific day and hour.

Fatigue Analysis: Keeping Your Audience Fresh

High frequency sending does not always equal high impact results. Often, it just leads to the unsubscribe button. The Fatigue Analysis Dashboard acts as tool to visualize what percentage of your database is at risk of burnout.
The 6 Month Lookback: The model analyzes the last six months of engagement data to categorize your database by fatigue levels.
Burnout Alerts: The dashboard provides proactive Burnout or Low Activity alerts, allowing you to pivot your strategy before you see a spike in unsubscribes.


Model Transparency: You can see exactly when the Fatigue Analysis model was last refreshed, ensuring your decisions are based on current behavior rather than stale data.

Eloqua’s Predictive AI is not a set it and forget it solution. By leveraging these dashboards, you can move from speculative marketing to data backed decision making.
