Salesforce Winter ’26 Release Updates

It’s the best time of the year, college football is starting, basketball right around the corner, and as the weather cools we get to look forward to the best news of all… Salesforce Winter ’26 release updates!!! Main production upgrades land across Sept–Oct 2025. Check your exact weekend on Salesforce Trust and test your sales processes in a preview sandbox. (Salesforce Ben)

1) One-click “Einstein Summary” on records (GA)

On Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities you can drop in an out-of-the-box component that generates a concise summary and lets you continue the convo with Agentforce. Perfect for pre-call prep on a donor or group lead before you dial. (Salesforce, Salesforce Ben)

2) Multi-column sort in List Views (now GA)

Sort by up to five columns at once—e.g., Stage → Close Date → Amount → Last Activity—to surface hot renewals, expiring group holds, or large opportunities with no recent touch. (Salesforce)

3) Forecasting UX polish

Advanced Account Forecasting gets a cleaner default view with quality-of-life tweaks (like persistent column widths). If you forecast by account or segment (e.g., suites vs. mini-plans), this is a nice usability win. (Salesforce)

4) Reference Lines in Dashboard Charts

Limited to report charts no more, your admins can now add in benchmarks on any dashboard bar chart component they want. Aiming for a goal, what better way than to visualize where you and the team need to be
