ETSU Taps Paciolan for Industry-Leading Ticketing, Marketing & Fundraising Solutions

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn – (Aug 18, 2026) East Tennessee State University announced today a new ticketing, marketing and fundraising technology partnership with Paciolan, an industry leader in live entertainment ticketing and marketing solutions.

 

The multi-year agreement will bring Paciolan’s ticketing and marketing software to both the Martin Center for the Arts and ETSU Department of Athletics, creating enhanced experiences for arts patrons and Buccaneer fans while providing Athletics with Paciolan’s integrated fundraising capabilities to support the Excellence Fund in support Buccaneer student-athletes.

Through Paciolan’s best-in-class digital ticketing technology, patrons and fans of ETSU performing arts and athletic events now have the ability to purchase tickets, receive them instantly via text, and scan or easily transfer or exchange tickets with family and friends directly from their mobile device, creating a streamlined process from purchase to the day of their event.


For Martin Center patrons, the new platform will create a more streamlined ticket-buying and event-management experience while providing enhanced tools to connect audiences with Broadway productions, concerts, family programming, lectures, and other community events. Patrons can explore upcoming performances, events, and ticket information at ETSUMartinCenter.org.


Additionally, ETSU will leverage Paciolan’s email marketing tools to create and deliver engaging marketing campaigns to targeted audiences, alerting them to upcoming events and offers based on their individual interests, affinities, and past transactions.


Through Paciolan’s unified fundraising platform, fans and donors of ETSU Athletics now have a one-stop shop to buy tickets, donate to the Excellence Fund, and take advantage of donor benefits seamlessly through their athletics ticketing account.
