Rep Goals Salesforce Dashboard
The University of Louisiana at Lafayette (ULL) has implemented a custom Rep Goals object in Salesforce to effectively track and manage donation efforts. At the start of each fiscal year, a record is created for every Donor Representative outlining their annual targets. Through predefined logic, activities such as tasks and opportunities are automatically associated with these goals as reps log their work, leveraging Flows and roll-up summaries to minimize manual data entry.
This streamlined approach provides managers with a clear, real-time snapshot of team performance throughout the year. With the addition of fiscal year filters on dashboards, leadership can also easily compare current progress against past performance, enabling more informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Membership Upgrade Campaign
Texas launched a membership upgrade campaign during renewals that utilized dynamic content to display a benefits chart for donors' current level and what their new benefits would be at the next level. If donors engaged with the email, an upgrade opportunity in Salesforce was then created for a development officer to follow up. This campaign resulted in 859 new opportunities created in Salesforce, $35k+ in new pledges, and $418k+ in payments.
