Oklahoma State Selects Paciolan to Enrich Fan Experiences

IRVINE, Calif. (June 27, 2022) Paciolan, the leading ticketing, fundraising, and marketing solutions provider for college athletics, has announced a new relationship with Oklahoma State University (OSU) Athletics. By tapping into Paciolan’s industry-leading solution, Cowboys fans will enjoy personalized experiences, rich mobile ticketing capabilities, tap-and-go contactless entry, and integrated donor capabilities to help fuel fandom.

Our goal is to provide OSU fans an unrivaled college gameday experience. We have a collection of some of the most fan-friendly stadium amenities in college sports. But we realize the experience starts long before our fans get to campus. This partnership with Paciolan, and their leadership within College Athletics, will provide the technology and resources to activate this important relationship with our fans and POSSE members long before they arrive in Stillwater.

Cowboys fans will take advantage of powerful mobile capabilities, including purchasing mobile tickets, receiving them via text message, and gaining access to the venue with their mobile wallets. Fans are armed with fan-friendly mobile account management tools enabling them to transfer or resell unused tickets if they cannot attend a game. These features allow fans to efficiently manage their tickets while helping Oklahoma State Athletics to fill seats at T. Boone Pickens Stadium, Gallagher-Iba Arena, and other venues on campus.

Paciolan-powered ticketing links will integrate seamlessly into Oklahoma State's official athletic website and mobile application powered by SIDEARM Sports. The SIDEARM Sports mobile application will present tickets inside the app and mobile wallet integration, making it easy for fans to buy, access, and use their tickets. Website integration also provides real-time access to ticket inventory, pricing, and availability on key web pages to help sell more tickets.

The OSU marketing team will tap into Paciolan’s marketing automation solution, powered by Oracle Eloqua, tightly integrated into the Paciolan platform. With this powerful tool, OSU staff can easily create personalized marketing campaigns based on various activities, preferences, purchase history, and donor status. The marketing automation tool is also integrated into the Salesforce CRM platform and is complemented by Salesforce administration services by Paciolan.

In addition, Paciolan’s digital marketing team will work closely with the OSU Athletics department to offer rich marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, social, and video, to acquire new customers, engage existing fans, and grow revenue. OSU will also leverage the Fanbase platform, powered by LEARFIELD, to understand Cowboys fans better and create customized marketing campaigns. Insights learned through Fanbase will be used to enhance fan communication, improve engagement, and increase ticket sales.

Oklahoma State will take advantage of Paciolan’s integrated fundraising solution, PAC Fund. This tool tightly integrates with the ticketing system to offer season ticket holders and donors a one-stop-shop to buy tickets, donate to OSU athletics, manage their priority points, and take advantage of donor benefits.

Oklahoma State athletics will leverage Paciolan-owned Ballena Technologies to offer fans virtual views of T. Boone Pickens Stadium, Gallagher-Iba Arena, and O'Brate Stadium when shopping for tickets. Paciolan’s Seat Relocation Management System will also streamline renewals and upgrades for season ticket holders.

OSU Athletics will receive Paciolan’s signature partner service and world-class support. This includes teaming up with a strategic client partner, an ecommerce operations specialist, a salesforce administrator, a marketing automation specialist, and a digital media strategist. These experts will serve as an extension to the Oklahoma State team to help plan, collaborate, and unlock all the Paciolan tools' value.
